Terms of Use
Last updated: . These terms cover use of kubopaper.com and the quotations we issue through it: quotation validity, samples, MOQ, production tolerances, artwork ownership and liability. Order-specific terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice for each order, and that invoice prevails if the two differ.
Use of this site
The content on kubopaper.com — text, images, technical drawings, dielines and PDFs — belongs to KUBO Paper and is provided for evaluating and ordering packaging. You may print or save pages for internal use. You may not republish them commercially, resell them, or present them as your own work.
How long is a quotation valid, and what can change it?
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
- Paper, board and freight prices move. If a quotation expires, we re-quote at current material cost and tell you what changed.
- Quoted prices are based on the specification in the inquiry. Changing board, print colours, finishing or quantity changes the price.
- Tooling (dies, plates, foiling blocks) is charged once and quoted separately.
What are the production tolerances on samples and bulk runs?
- Sampling typically takes 7–10 days; sample charges are credited against the bulk order where stated in the quotation.
- Minimum order quantities are 500 pcs for rigid boxes and bags, 1,000 pcs for folding cartons, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Production tolerances for print colour, board thickness, dimensions and quantity follow the tolerances stated on the proforma invoice. Screen colours on this site are indicative only; Pantone references are matched against a physical proof.
Who owns the artwork, dielines and tooling?
You keep ownership of everything you send us — artwork, logos, photography, copy. You confirm you have the right to have it reproduced. We use it only to produce your order, we do not resell your designs, and we do not use your project in our portfolio or marketing without written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for producing the goods to the specification confirmed on the proforma invoice. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or delayed launches, and our total liability is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Content accuracy
The guides on our blog are written from production experience and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the date shown on each article. Regulations and material prices change; confirm current requirements for your market before relying on an article for a compliance decision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Guangzhou, Guangdong, unless the order contract states otherwise.
