Cotton rope through metal eyelets, with a glued base board, is our highest load-rated configuration. For cost-balanced strength, twisted handles on 170gsm+ kraft handle most retail loads.
Yes — FSC kraft with paper-only handles is fully plastic-free and recyclable. Note that lamination (even thin) changes recyclability; for strict eco claims we recommend uncoated kraft with foil or flexo print.
Bags ship nested and bundled in master cartons, typically 50–200 pcs per bundle depending on size. Tell us your storage constraints and we pack to your bundle size.
