Privacy Policy
Last updated: . This policy explains exactly what happens to the information you send us through kubopaper.com — which fields we collect, why we need each one, how long it is kept, who inside the company can see it, and how to have it deleted. Plain English, no legal padding.
What we collect
- Inquiry details — the name, email, company, country, quantity, product type and message you type into a quote form or send by email or WhatsApp.
- Technical logs — our web server records standard request data (IP address, page requested, browser type, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting.
- Aggregate analytics — page views counted by a self-hosted, cookieless analytics service. It does not set cookies, does not build a profile of you and does not follow you to other sites.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send your quotation, sample arrangement and order paperwork.
- To answer follow-up questions about a project you asked about.
- To keep the site working and defend it against abuse.
We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so that repeat orders and revisions can be quoted consistently, then deleted. Server logs are kept for 14 days. You can ask us to delete an inquiry earlier at any time.
Who sees it
Only the KUBO Paper sales and production staff who need it to quote or produce your order. Two service providers process it on our behalf: our email provider (which delivers inquiry notifications) and our server host. Both are bound to use it only for that purpose.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. There is nothing to opt into or out of.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to sales@kubo-pack.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Inquiry data is stored on a server we control, transmitted over HTTPS, and access is limited to staff accounts. No system is perfect, but we do not store payment card data at all — payments are handled through your bank or payment provider.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting existing inquiries will be communicated by email where we have an address.
